Your Days

Day 1 — Arrival Settle in, no agenda. In the evening we'll walk you to Claudistino for your first drink and a bite, on us — dinner after that (and every night) is yours to choose from our curated guide to Castil de Campos and Priego de Córdoba.

Day 2 — Craft One Breakfast, then your first studio session. Lunch included. Free afternoon — siesta, pool, the writing corner. As the light turns gold around 7pm, your private cooking class begins in the olive groves — what you cook is what you eat.

Day 3 — Craft Two Breakfast, second studio session, lunch included. Free afternoon. Dinner in town, on your own.

Day 4 — Your Choice Breakfast, then enjoy the option you selected in advance: a third quick craft, or a full day exploring Granada or Córdoba. (Self-drive day — a rental car is recommended.)

Day 5 — Departure Breakfast, then checkout.

The Space  Please Read Before Booking

The property sits on a hill. Reaching the accommodation involves steps — please review the listing photos and consider your mobility needs before booking.

Your bathroom is not inside your accommodation unit. It's a short walk (a few steps) away  private and exclusively yours, just not attached to the room.

Getting to the rooftop studio: you'll walk through the main house, where your hosts live. Your own accommodation stays completely private.

Kitchen & fridge: guests have access to the main house kitchen and fridge.

Our dog: a small, friendly poodle lives on the property. She stays out of guest accommodations, but you may see or hear her around the grounds. Allergic, or prefer a dog-free stay? Let us know in advance.

Safety: outdoor security cameras are in place at the front entrance for guest safety. No cameras inside guest accommodations or anywhere on the interior.

Keys: provided at check-in. A lost key fee of €[TBD] applies if keys are not returned.

Location

Stay & Create is located in Castil de Campos, in the Córdoba countryside of Andalusia, Spain.

We recommend renting a car for your stay — it gives you full freedom for your Day 4 excursion and for exploring the dining guide towns each evening. Airport transfer is available as a paid add-on if you'd prefer not to drive.

Same-day makes: rug tufting, sandal making, jewelry, bookbinding Multi-step / takes patience: papermaking, hand-built pottery (pieces are glazed and fired after your stay, then shipped home)

House Rules

No outside pets, please. (Our resident poodle already lives here  see "The Space" above. This rule is about pets you'd bring with you.)

Kids are welcome and encouraged! We love hosting families. Please let us know your children's ages in advance so we can tailor the crafts and cooking class appropriately.

Cancellation & Payment Policy

Please read carefully  these terms are firm and apply to every booking.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• 60+ days before arrival: full refund.
• 30–59 days before arrival: 50% refund.
• Less than 30 days before arrival: no refund.

We recommend travel insurance to protect your booking against unexpected changes.

Changing Your Date

• You may change your dates one time only, for a non-refundable fee of €150.
• Once you change your date, the refund policy above no longer applies to your booking  this means that if you need to cancel after changing your date, no refund will be issued, regardless of how far in advance you cancel.
• Example: You change your date in March for a July stay. In April, your plans change again and you need to cancel. Because you've already used your one date change, no refund is available  even though you're canceling more than 60 days out.

After You Book

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a welcome email with everything you need leading up to your stay, including:

• Your Day 4 choice: a third craft or your Granada/Córdoba excursion day  plus your specific craft selections for the stay
• Dietary and meal accommodation questions
• Detailed directions and how to get here
• What to pack
• Reminders as your date approaches
• A full lead-up experience so you arrive ready, not guessing

Please note: because every stay is personalized  materials are prepared and your instructor is scheduled around your specific choices — we can't guarantee changes once your selections are confirmed. If we're able to accommodate a last-minute change to your craft selection, a €65 fee applies.(This is separate from the "Extra craft" add-on above, which adds a craft rather than swapping one.)
