Job Title: Yarn Wizard Extraordinaire (Part-Time, Work from Home)

Are you a crafty soul looking for a relaxing part-time gig? Our growing rug tufting classes need a Yarn Wizard to help rewind yarn after classes and prep for upcoming sessions. If you’re responsible, detail-oriented, and ready to lend a hand, this might be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Rewind yarn after classes to prepare for the next batch.
  • Help organize and prep materials for classes.
  • Maintain clean, animal-hair-free, and odor-free yarn to ensure a great experience for students.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Location: You must live in Ormond Beach, FL.
  • Environment Requirements: No dogs, cats, or smoking at home (yarn absorbs smells and pet hair, which can impact students with allergies).
  • REQUIRED: Responsible, reliable, and respectful of deadlines.
  • Craftiness: Experience with crafts like yarn is a plus but not required—training will be provided!

Pay rate:

Flat Rate per Bin/Batch $12- $25 per batch depending on the size and complexity.
example: 10 new skeins = 1 batch
example: 20 rewind yarn balls =1 batch
+ small bonuses for meeting deadlines or doing batches early

Estimated Time to complete: 2–5 minutes per skein. You are paid after every delivery/pickup

Hiring Immediately! We’re prepping for the new year and looking to bring on 1–2 Yarn Wizards based on availability. Strict deadlines apply for batches, so reliability is key.
